The following services do not qualify for any refunds, including the 30-day money back guarantee:

1. Account renewals. Refunds are only available for new accounts and will not be provided for renewals of any kind.
2. Additional items, including, but not limited to, addons, SSLs, and site transfer fees.
3. Domain name registration or renewals, including free domain registrations as part of WebHostingPad's FREEDOMAIN coupon offer.
4. Service fees.

All sales of services and products listed above are final and non-refundable, and WebHostingPad reserves the right to pursue all available courses of action to obtain payment.

Any account that is or has been in violation of WebHostingPad’s Terms of Service is not entitled to a refund. This applies to currently and formerly abusive or harmful accounts, regardless of your awareness. Please refer to our Abuse Policy for additional information.

Free Domain Name

WebHostingPad offers one (1) free domain registration for a one-year term with the purchase of a new hosting plan and valid account sign-up.

Domain registration prices vary by TLD and premium status. The free domain offer has a maximum value of $16.99, which may not cover the entire cost to register certain TLDs. If the cost to register a chosen TLD is greater than $16.99, then $16.99 will be subtracted from the total cost of the domain registration.

The free domain offer is valid for a domain transfer (with automatic 1-year domain registration extension), to a maximum value of $16.99, if no domain name is being registered and a new account has been created.

Uptime Guarantee

WebHostingPad guarantees that our servers will be up and running at least 99.9% of the time during any given 12-month period.

This guarantee does not cover any areas where WebHostingPad has no direct influence, such as backbone provider failures, fibre-optic main line cuts, DNS or Domain Registrar issues, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or connection issues between your location and the WebHostingPad data center, including, but not limited to, internet service provider blockages, browser caching issues, and IP blocks.

This uptime guarantee is also not applicable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, wars, political or social upheaval, terrorism, the zombie apocalypse, or other external issues WebHostingPad has no control over.

Uptime is monitored within WebHostingPad’s servers and any third party monitoring software will not be honored.

In the event WebHostingPad does not meet the 99.9% uptime guarantee, hosting credit will be issued to your account in an amount equalling one month of hosting for every 8 hours of downtime exceeding the 99.9% guarantee.
